SHIPPING AND DELIVERY:

After successfully placing an order you will receive and email confirming that your purchase was processed.

Once your order has shipped you will receive a second email with a confirmation of shipment that includes a tracking number that can be used to track your package all the way to your door.

Domestic Delivery is shipped by UPS Ground. Delivery time is between 1-5 Business days.

Flat rate is $5.00 for all Domestic US Orders.

International Delivery is shipped by USPS. Flat rate is $30.00 for Canada and $40.00 for International Shipping.

Hi!Expectation is not responsible for customs fees incurred from importing goods.


RETURNS:

HI!Expectation will accept returns on items within 14 days of delivery.

All goods returned must be free from wear, stains or any condition that could prevent the item (s) from being sold as new.

Returned item(s) must have their original tags attached and must be accompanied with a copy of the receipt.

All items sold on sale are not eligible for returns and considered FINAL SALE.

All refunds are not include original shipping cost.

Customers will asume all responsibility for return shipping charges.

If all return conditions are met the original form of payment will be credited. If all conditions are not met, all items will be shipped back to the customer with an explanation of the decline.
